Karnataka International Travel Expo (KITE) 2025 Flags Off Pre-FAM Tours
Bengaluru, 21st February 2025: The much-anticipated Karnataka International Travel Expo (KITE) 2025 has officially commenced its Pre-FAM (Familiarization) Tours from Kumara Krupa Guest House, Kumara Krupa Road. This premier travel and tourism event, scheduled to take place from 26th to 28th February 2025, aims to position Karnataka as a vibrant and diverse global tourism hub.
Dr K.V. Rajendra, IAS, Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka, and Managing Director, Karnataka State Tourism Development, along with office bearers of the Karnataka Tourism Society (KTS) and other officials, ceremoniously flagged off the KITE – 2025 Pre-FAM Tours, marking the beginning of an immersive exploration of Karnataka’s tourism offerings.
CURATED FAM TOURS TO HIGHLIGHT KARNATAKA’S TOURISM EXCELLENCE
The KITE Committee has meticulously designed each FAM Tour to promote new and emerging destinations while ensuring an engaging and enjoyable experience for the delegates. The tours showcase Karnataka’s rich and unique tourism assets, covering heritage, culture, adventure, wellness, and nature-based experiences.
Organized by the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka, and the Karnataka Tourism Society, with support from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of Karnataka, KITE 2025 serves as a pivotal platform, bringing together stakeholders from the tourism and hospitality industries. The event is dedicated to fostering new partnerships, driving business opportunities, and enhancing Karnataka’s reputation as a top-tier tourism destination.
